The Strengthening Agency & Learning across Health Systems in the Americas (SALHSA) project is a partnership between the University of Bergen (UiB), the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (PUJ) in Colombia and the Centre for the Study of State and Society (CEDES) in Argentina.
